How do I lookup a number that just called me?

Can I find the name behind an unknown number?
Often yes for landlines and older mobiles via public records and CNAM history. For fresh VoIP burner numbers used by scammers, we show carrier, creation pattern and voice fingerprint instead of a fake name — honesty over guess.
Why does a local number show as scam? Neighbor spoofing explained.
